I am receiving services from the CRR La RessourSe, and I have questions and comments I would like to express.

• Did I first of all speak to my professional or to the program head?
• How should I word my suggestions or complaints?
• To whom should I address them?

The Users’ Committee can help me find answers to my questions and assist me in any steps I wish to take to:

• be well informed about my rights and responsibilities;
• ensure that my rights are respected;
• better understand and fulfill my responsibilities;
• The committee can also assist and accompany me if I have a complaint to formulate, or direct me to the appropriate resources.
