My responsibilities
As a user of the CRR La RessourSe, I not only have rights, I also have responsibilities.
Do I communicate frankly and openly?
Do I respect the people around me and the rules of the institution?
Do I provide the information needed for the success of my intervention plan?
Do I participate in the decisions concerning me?
- Do I express my needs and my level of satisfaction?
The Users’ Committee listens to me and helps me
I am receiving services from the CRR La RessourSe, and I have questions and comments I would like to express.
Did I first of all speak to my professional or to the program head?
How should I word my suggestions or complaints?
To whom should I address them?
The Users’ Committee can help me find answers to my questions and assist me in any steps I wish to take to:
be well informed about my rights and responsibilities;
ensure that my rights are respected;
better understand and fulfill my responsibilities;
The committee can also assist and accompany me if I have a complaint to formulate, or direct me to the appropriate resources.
